CreditEnable - Tellecaller Role (1-6 Yrs) Mumbai ()

Key Responsibilities : - Conduct outbound welcome, marketing, and sales calls to new, potential, and existing clients.- Assess customer needs, resolve issues, and deliver solutions.- Achieve personal targets and contribute to team targets.- Follow up with potential clients for scheduled call-backs.- Serve as a liaison between CreditEnable Operations and Credit Team.- Offer additional support for customer inbound and outbound communication, including emails and calls as required.
-Generate daily and weekly MIS reports.- Meet daily and weekly sales targets.- Analyse client feedback to enhance service quality.- Provide value-added services and exceed client expectations.Key Requirements : - 1 year of experience in BFSI, fintech, or banking sector.- Proficiency in understanding concepts and knowledge of unsecured/secured business loans.- Minimum graduation required; MBA is advantageous.- Availability for rotational shifts.- Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet sales targets.- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Fluency in English and Hindi required; proficiency in other languages is a plus.- Comfortable with CRM, IVR, and MS Office applications.
