Job Description :Play a crucial role in the sales process by providing technical expertise and support to sales team and prospective clients.
-Collaborate closely with our consultants to understand client requirements and develop compelling solutions that align with their needs.- This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, business acumen, and exceptional communication skills.Key Responsibilities :- Technical Consultation : Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering technical guidance and recommendations on how our solutions can address their business challenges.- Solution Design : Collaborate with the sales and consulting teams to design customized solutions that meet client requirements and align with our service offerings.- Product Demonstrations : Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our solutions, effectively articulating value propositions to potential clients.- Requirements Gathering : Work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements, pain points, and objectives, translating them into actionable solutions.- Proposal Development : Assist in the development of proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.- Proof of Concept (PoC) Support : Lead or support the implementation of proof of concept projects to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of our solutions.- Technical Support : Provide ongoing technical support and assistance to the sales team throughout the sales cycle, addressing client inquiries and technical concerns.- Market Intelligence : Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product development and sales strategies.Qualifications :- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA degree preferred.- Fresher or proven experience in a pre-sales or solutions engineering role, preferably within the management consultancy or technology industry.- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.- Strategic thinker with the ability to understand client needs, identify opportunities, and develop innovative solutions.- Team player with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong relationships with internal teams and clients.- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
