This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in marketing and communication, strong leadership qualities, and the ability to drive revenue growth.Job Description / Responsibilities, Goals and Scope:01) Strategic Planning and Implementation:- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing communication strategies in line with company goals and each client s needs to generate revenue.- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to devise strategies for expanding the client base and increasing market share.- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape for informed decision-making.- Identify opportunities for growth and implement plans to scale the business effectively- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.- Enhance brand visibility and reputation through effective marketing campaigns and initiatives.- Secure a minimum of 4 collaborations per month for each client to amplify brand presence.- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives.- Monitor and manage all content rolled out of the company, ensuring 0% errors.- Maintain high standards of quality and consistency across all marketing materials.02) Team Management:- Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing communications team to achieve their full potential.- Recruit, train, and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.- Build, manage, and develop a high-performing marketing team.- Set clear goals and expectations, provide regular feedback, and recognize and reward team achievements.- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement and ROI.- Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and achieve business goals.03) Client Management and Retention:- Implement strategies to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.- Conduct regular reviews and assessments to understand client needs and address any issues promptly.- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, focusing on building loyalty and repeat business.- Leverage opportunities to deepen engagement with existing clients through tailored marketing efforts.04) Collaboration and Revenue Generation:- Coordinate and manage collaborations with clients and high-profile celebrities to enhance brand reach and reputation.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers, celebrities, and other key partners.- Drive revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives and partnerships.- Develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotions designed to attract new clients and retain existing ones.Key Skills Required:01) Educational Qualification: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
