Our team is dedicated to delivering impactful design solutions that resonate with our clients and their audiences.Responsibilities :Design Adherence : Understand and follow design guidelines specific to our company and clients to ensure consistency and quality.Design Delivery : Produce high-quality design assets for the Sales and Client Management teams, ensuring timely delivery.Content Creation : Develop engaging visual content, such as activities, quizzes, and communications that align with health and wellness themes.Graphic Design : Conceptualize, design, and implement graphics for various products and services within the health and wellness sector.Video Editing : Perform basic video editing tasks to enhance visual content.Client Interaction : Propose and discuss actionable design ideas during client interactions, maintaining clear communication throughout the project.Flexibility and Patience : Demonstrate patience and flexibility for multiple design revisions and edits as required.Proactive Approach : Bring a proactive attitude and a good sense of humor to contribute positively to the team and project environment.Skills, Knowledge, and Attitude :Design Software Proficiency : Skilled in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign, as well as 3DMax and SketchUp.Video Editing : Capable of performing basic video editing tasks.UI/UX Understanding : Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles (not mandatory but a plus).Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication abilities.Creativity and Innovation : Ability to generate and propose innovative design ideas quickly.Attitude : Proactive, adaptable, and able to work well with a sense of humor.Remuneration : Competitive salary based on experience and skills.
