Job Description : - Create new Business independently by identifying and acquiring new large corporate, SME customers directly.- Develop Business plans, onboarding merchants in the Grocery, fish and meat, and food industries etc.- Manage relationships with the existing accounts to drive more sales every month.- Work with the Ops team to set up a delivery channel to honour the services committed to Key Accounts- Lead generation through various sources.- Manage all agreements, renewals, and price revisions with existing and new customers- Interface with senior management to provide customer feedback and market intelligence based on interactions with the Customer.- Complaints Resolution, any issues and problems faced by customers, and dealing with them to maintain trust.- Escalating & resolving the issues raised by the clients.- Engage & retain clients with immediate escalation facilitation, regular visits & value delivery.- Responsible for revenue generation in the given territory (ref:updazz.com)
