Position Overview :We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head for our Study Abroad division. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive sales growth, manage a team, and build strong relationships with educational institutions and partners.Key Responsibilities :- Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.- Team Management : Lead and mentor the sales team, providing training and support to enhance performance.- Client Relations : Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including students, parents, and educational institutions.- Market Analysis : Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the study abroad sector.- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.- Collaboration : Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align strategies and improve overall service delivery.Qualifications :- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master s preferred).- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the education sector or study abroad consultancy.- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
