Job Description
Requirements :- Should have experience in B2B Enterprise Sales, Target should not less that 1.5crs as a individual - A person should be okay with IC role - A person should have domestic industry experience.
-A person should have experience in enterprise sales only.Key Responsibilities :Sales Strategy Development and Execution :- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.- Set and monitor sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team.- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust strategies accordingly.Team Leadership and Management :- Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.- Provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations to team members.- Foster a positive and competitive team environment that promotes high levels of motivation and collaboration.Sales Operations and Process Management :- Oversee the sales process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to manage customer interactions, sales data, and reporting.- Generate and analyze sales reports, and present findings to senior management.Customer Relationship Management :- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts.- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns promptly.- Develop strategies for customer retention and growth.Collaboration and Communication :- Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall company goals.- Act as a liaison between the sales team and senior management, ensuring clear communication of objectives, progress, and feedback.Financial Management :- Manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.- Provide accurate sales forecasts to support financial planning and decision-making.Continuous Improvement :- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve sales strategies and processes.- Implement innovative sales techniques and tools to enhance team performance and efficiency.
