Manager - Business Development - Insurance (2-5 Yrs) Rajasthan/Balaghat (BFSI Sales)

Positions and Obligations:- Create and implement a sales plan that meets top-, bottom-, and customer-related goals.- Build prospects value proposition and market the organization s brand in designated areas.- Regularly review the sales plan and, along with the CEO, take appropriate action to make adjustments and changes to policies.- Uphold established SLAs by consistently updating and publishing a sales database and MIS.- Charged for reaching the personal goal.- Using pre-established methods, gather client feedback proactively and share it on a quarterly basis.- Conduct research, get an understanding of the external environment, its dynamics, and the implications for the organization s present and future objectives.
