KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Working on employee productivity & retention issues, with regular performance interventions & attrition management .
Manage and analyze HR data, prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports, and dashboards.
Working on different HR projects & Making presentations.
Conduct weekly meetings with respective business units .
Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
Manages and resolves complex employee relations and retention. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :
8 years of relevant experience, preferably in the life insurance sector.
Strong exposure to employee relations, HR data analysis, and project management.
Willingness to travel extensively across cities and states.
