Key Responsibilities:
Implement, manage, and customize CRM software to meet client requirements.
Collaborate with the development team to enhance CRM features and functionality.
Provide training and support to clients on CRM usage.
Analyze client needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Maintain detailed documentation for CRM processes and updates.
Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
1-2 years of experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills for client interaction.
Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and system integrations is a plus.
