In India, Shaadi.com pretty much defines the category and the Brand Marketing team ensures that this love & recall for the brand only grows with time.Role : Brand Manager will be primarily responsible for looking after top-of-funnel business growth & brand development. The role requires extensive collaboration with internal teams (Product, Digital Marketing, Sales) & external partners (Creative & Media Agency). Must have the ability to judge creative work with the lens of efficacy and memorability.What you will do in this role :1. Directly drive metrics like Customer Acquisition, Search volumes, SOV, SOE and brand metrics such as Awareness, Consideration & Affinity.2. Influence metrics like Revenue, Engagement and Retention.3. Work on new ad campaigns with the creative agency.4. Work with the media agency to schedule & execute media plans.5. Evaluate campaign performance at a market/segment level.6. Discussing new ideas, running pilots & driving growth.What you should have :1. At least 2-4 years of Brand Marketing experience in Consumer tech company.2. Experience in handling NRI market2. Experience in dealing with Creative & Media Agencies.3. Experience in executing a 360-degree campaign.4. Experience in building AOPs & Go-to-Market strategies for new products.5.
