Unit Sales Manager - BFSI (2-4 Yrs) Maharashtra/Parbhani (BFSI Sales)

Positions & Duties :- Provides training to distributors and sales people within the designated zone.- To serve as a liaison between the distributor and the company by supplying product inventories and stock updates.- Presenting business offerings and increasing brand recognition by visiting both current and new clients within a designated sales territory.- Tracking the sales team s performance and inspiring members to reach or surpass sales goals.- To oversee sales team members every day and offer direction when required.- Responds to employee disciplinary actions when necessary and in line with corporate guidelines.- Keeps an eye on current accounts and keeps in touch with the account s principal contacts on a regular basis.- Strives to boost sales growth in the region at a predetermined pace set by the business.- Mostly to communicate with sales leaders.Candidates Requirements :- Graduation is mandatory- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA Incentives Other BenefitsContact Details :Shrutam P | HR TeamPhone: 91 7021418037 (ref:updazz.com)
