Job Description :Strategic Leadership :- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for India, aligning with the company s overall vision and growth objectives.- Identify key market opportunities and devise targeted sales campaigns for both B2B corporate and hospital segments.- Achieve sales targets for the team and monitor progress regularly.- Execute the strategic guidance from the Founders on sales-related matters.Team Management & Development :- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of high-performing Business Development Executives specializing in B2B corporate and hospital sales.- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for professional development.Sales Operations & Performance :- Oversee the day-to-day sales operations, ensuring efficient processes and effective resource allocation.- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales performance.- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.- Prepare and present regular sales reports, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations.Client Relationships & Partnerships :- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners across both B2B corporate and hospital segments.- Represent Pococare at industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and partners.- Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
