Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive growth in our PhD assistance vertical. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in connecting with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and offering tailored research solutions. Strong communication skills and the ability to build long-term relationships are key to this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage with potential clients (PhD scholars, academic professionals, and institutions) through various channels.
Understand the academic and research needs of clients to offer suitable services and solutions.
Collaborate with the internal team to provide customized assistance in areas such as thesis writing, journal publication, and data analysis.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of academic trends and Panacorp s service offerings to effectively address client inquiries.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets set by the management.
Record and track client interactions and progress using CRM tools.
Represent the organization at academic conferences, workshops, and events, as needed.
Qualifications:
Education: Any Bachelor 's degree.
Experience: Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome; experience in sales or academic assistance is a plus.
Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Knowledge of academic research processes and PhD requirements is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
