Position Overview:
4R Investments is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, including SEO, content marketing, and social media marketing. This role requires creative thinking, excellent communication skills, and managing marketing and sales effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Optimize website content to improve search engine rankings.
Content Marketing: Create and manage engaging content across various platforms.
Video Marketing: Develop and implement video marketing strategies.
Data Analytics: Analyze marketing data to measure effectiveness and guide strategies.
Product/UX Design: Collaborate with design teams to enhance user experience.
Social Media Marketing: Manage and grow social media presence on platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
Facebook Ads & Google Ads: Create, manage, and optimise ad campaigns on Facebook and Google.
Canva: Design visually appealing graphics and content using Canva.
WordPress: Manage and update the company website using WordPress (minimum 1 year experience).
Skills and Qualifications:
Creative Thinking & Problem-solving: Generate innovative marketing ideas and solutions.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Marketing & Sales Management: Strong marketing and sales management skills with a robust client base are an added advantage.
Professional Writing: Ability to write professional emails and product descriptions.
MS Word & Excel: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
Certifications:
Education: Bachelor s degree (required). Master s degree is a plus.
