Job Description
Role Overview :We are seeking a highly driven individual to manage and nurture relationships with our partner hospitals. As the primary link between our operations team and partner hospitals, you will play a crucial role in ensuring these hospitals fully realize the value of our services. Your efforts will enhance their brand visibility and help increase patient engagement. This role requires autonomy, initiative, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced digital healthcare environment.Key Responsibilities :- Customer Relationship Management : Conduct regular visits to partner hospitals, engage with stakeholders, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.- Revenue Generation : Identify opportunities for upselling and optimize customer management to drive revenue growth.- Problem Solving : Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.- Customer Satisfaction & Retention : Implement strategies to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention among partner hospitals.- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, including clinical, operations, and technology, to align efforts and deliver exceptional service.- Analytics & Reporting : Monitor key performance indicators, generate reports, and ensure timely collections.Preferred Qualifications and Attributes :- Postgraduate degree from a premier university.- Strong understanding of customer success processes.- Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized, with the ability to multitask.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Exp : 2-4 yearsKey requirements :1. Minimum of 2-4 years2. Max age limit should be 30 3. A person from healthcare or B2B startup experience 4. Don t consider a person with a career gap of more than 3 months in his tenure.5. A person who is too old won t be considered.6. This is an IC role.(Field)7. Decent English and local language required 8. Immediate to shorter notice period candidates preferred. (ref:updazz.com)
