A Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for business growth, and resolving customer complaints. They possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills and work closely with sales and marketing teams to boost profitability and customer satisfaction.JOB DESCRIPTION:-1. Manage & ensure 100% collection for all the Micro finance members allotted .2. Ensure leads are generated for retail asset product like LAP /HL3. Has to Ensure & adhere process compliance as defined by the organization while achieving the business targets4. Process Compliance Adhere to the laid down processes for repayment and relationship management with customer.5. Ensure payments are collected in time6. Continues Follow-up on Collection with the customer7. Customer Interaction(Locate and Notify customer)8. Adherence to timelines on collections9. Interact the clients in a courteous manner and maintain punctuality in center meetings.10. Update the details of all payments received and deposit the same in branch.CANDIDATE PROFILE:-1. Bachelor s Degree in any stream.2. Proven Work experience required of 1 Year in Any Sales Field or 6 Month Experience in Banking/Insurance/Life Insurance.3. Strong Communications Skills.4.
