Associate Relationship Manager - Insurance (2-4 Yrs) Nasik (BFSI Sales)

Roles and Responsibilities:- Tracking, analyzing, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as per company shared Dashboards- Recruit right sales-people, set team objectives, train and coach, and monitor performance ensuring assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled- Oversee sales team to ensure company business standards are met by holding daily check-ins with team to set objectives for the day and monitor progress regularly- Manage & Execute company weekly & monthly primary and secondary objectives- To develop new business opportunities within current and new customer bases in accordance with the sales strategy.- Keep complaints in minimum, if there manage the complaints effectively by prioritizing the customer need- Providing market intelligence, data analytics and insights to Marketing team to launch the right promotional and customer communication initiatives.Candidates Requirements:- Graduation is mandatory- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA Incentives Other BenefitsContact Details:Shrutam P | HR TeamPhone: 91 7021418037 (ref:updazz.com)
