Job description : Responsibilities :Agency Management- Manage Field Executive.- Report to the Zonal/Regional Collections Manager- To achieve the desired collections efficiencies across products.- Ensure that adequate Collection intensity of follow-up is executed for all the accounts.- Review the location portfolio and report Early Stress Accounts / Potential Delinquent customers to Zonal/Regional Collections Manager.- Ensure that all collection activities are properly documented in the form of Collections Trails.- Ensure that all Collections Processes & Risk Governance Mandates rolled out are completely adhered to at the assigned location.- Provide feedback on the effectiveness of Collections Strategies formulated and implemented.- Managing a team of Agency Collection Executives.- Daily monitoring of monthly targets and milestones provided.Qualifications :- Graduation- 1-3 years of work experience in a similar role.- Good communication and interpersonal skill.- Knowing regional language is mandate.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person (ref:updazz.com)
