:Technical support for Qliksense and NCC products .
:Service management activities /tasks for the NCC products including troubleshooting for incident , problem and change management
:Troubleshooting:Identify and troubleshoot issues in Qlik Sense and other systems
:Technical documentation:Develop and maintain technical documentation for the systems
:Collaboration:Collaborate with cross:functional/product teams to resolve issues
:Administration:Manage licenses, set up permissions, design folder structure, and schedule tasks
:Monitoring:Proactively monitor the Qlik Sense environment to ensure performance and scalability
:Monitor and support automation activities
Desired skills
2:3 yearsProficiency in Qlik Sense, Knowledge of SQL and database management, Experience in providing technical support for critical business systems, Strong analytical and problem:solving skills, and Excellent communication and collaboration skills
