Responsibilities :Content Strategy and Creation :- Develop and implement social media content strategies to engage our audience and enhance brand awareness.- Create innovative and high-quality content for Instagram primarily, as well as Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube, and Snapchat.- Collaborate with the design team, agencies, and production partners to produce visually appealing graphics, videos, and other content formats.Campaign Management :- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and contests that align with marketing objectives.- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies and tactics.Event Coverage :- Attend and cover relevant events, both internal and external, to create real-time content for social media platforms.- Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors during events for effective social media coverage.Community Engagement :- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster positive relationships across social media channels.- Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.Analytics and Reporting :- Track and report on social media metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.- Provide insights and recommendations based on performance analysis to improve content effectiveness.Skills :- 1 experience (internship or academic projects included) in social media management or digital marketing.- Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube, and Snapchat.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.- Creative mindset with a strong eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and techniques.- Passion for beauty, fashion, and trends in the industry.
