Associate - Sales - Banking (1-7 Yrs) Chennai/Coimbatore/Tamil Nadu (BFSI Sales)

Responsibilities : - Identifying and pursuing new clients for personal banking through outreach and networking are among the responsibilities.
-Hold discussions to assess clients financial requirements and make banking product recommendations.
-Create and maintain a solid rapport to increase customer loyalty and satisfaction.
-Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
-Work together with internal departments to guarantee seamless client onboarding.
-Keep up with industry developments and personal banking product offerings.
-Give management regular information on sales. Qualifications : - Bachelor s degree in any field.
-At least 1 year of sales experience, ideally in banking or financial services.
-Solid understanding of banking products and services.
-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
