You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers, and closing high-value deals.Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target and engage enterprise clients in need of AI & ML training solutions.- Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential enterprise clients through market research, networking, and leveraging existing relationships.- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers within target organizations.- Solution Selling: Understand client needs and challenges, and tailor our AI & ML training solutions to meet their specific requirements.- Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our AI & ML training programs.- Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver customized proposals and contracts that align with client needs and company objectives.- Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with clients, address concerns, and close deals to achieve sales targets.- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and deliver seamless client experiences.- Market Feedback: Gather and communicate market intelligence, client feedback, and competitive insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts in the CRM system.Qualifications- Experience : 3 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of selling training, learning solutions, or technology products to enterprise clients.- Knowledge : Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and related technologies.
