Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities :Sales Strategy & Execution :- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.Client Relationship Management :- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.Sales Reporting & Analysis :- Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.- Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for management review.- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.Collaboration & Teamwork :- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute lead generation campaigns.- Collaborate with the product development team to provide customer feedback and influence product enhancements.- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall sales strategy.Qualifications :- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in SaaS sales or a similar role.- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Exposure to solar or related domains is a plus (ref:updazz.com)
