-Provide training and professional development to the sales team to enhance their skills and capabilities.
-Set sales goals and implement initiatives to increase revenue and market share.
-Assist sales team members in building quality relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
-Develop strategies for expanding the company s reach.
-Generate reports and data for sales analysis to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
-Handle escalated client objections and concerns to support other members of the sales team effectively.
-Demonstrate exceptional communication skills to provide leadership to the team and support customers throughout the sales process.
-Lead customers through the sales process, determine their needs, and effectively close sales.
-Utilize strong foundational knowledge in information technology, including hardware, and IT services, to address client requirements.
-Apply comprehensive business knowledge to create realistic sales projections and objectives for the team.
-Mentor and develop sales team members, fostering a culture of growth and success.
-Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
-Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs, adapting sales strategies accordingly.
