Job Description
About the Role: The Senior Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, leading strategic initiatives, and managing key client relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in business development and a proven track record of success. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic business development plans.
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
-Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
-Conduct detailed market research and competitive analysis.
-Lead the preparation and presentation of proposals and pitches.
-Manage and mentor junior business development staff.
-Negotiate high-value contracts and agreements.
-Track and report on key performance indicators and sales metrics. Requirements : - Master s/Bachelor s degree in Marketing or a related field.
-3-5 years of experience in business development or sales.
-Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
-Strong leadership and team management skills.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
-Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality - Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks.
