Manager - Social Media - Real Estate (3-6 Yrs) Mumbai (Online/Digital Marketing)

Roles and Responsibilities :- Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences - Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals.
-Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) on social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc).
-Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a Social way while cultivating leads and sales.
-Oversee social media accounts design (i.e., Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter profile, etc.).
-Design, create, and manage promotions and social ad campaigns, being sure to integrate with company s overall marketing campaign plan and channels.
-Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions - Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications - Create and manage an online review strategy for the company.
-Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.
-Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing, SMO, and social advertising campaigns.
-Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviewsQualifications & Skills Required : - Bachelor s/Master s degree in Digital Marketing or a relevant field - Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager of at least 3 years.
