You will work closely with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.Key Responsibilities :- Lead Generation : Proactively identify potential leads through research, networking, and inbound inquiries.- Prospect Qualification : Assess the needs and requirements of prospects to determine their fit for our products/services.- Sales Presentations : Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition to potential customers.- Pipeline Management : Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, keeping accurate records of interactions and progress using CRM software.- Negotiation and Closing : Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions with prospects to secure sales agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction.- Customer Relationship Management : Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have.- Market Intelligence : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and optimize sales strategies.Qualifications :- 8-12 years of experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in a B2B environment.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.- Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
