2.ROLE OBJECTIVETo demonstrate effective store management leading to good customer service & selling skills for the organization at store.3.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSales Management - Responsible for achieving weekly and monthly store targets - Category wise targets - Responsible for achieving store KPIs Customer Service - Responsible for customer delight - Responsible for customer delight at store - Timely sending customer feedback form for Operation Analysis Inventory management & shrinkage - To ensure smooth inter-store stock transfers - Responsible for shrinkage controls of the store - Responsible for effective Internal & external audits. SOP Adherence - Adherence to compliances and guidelines.
-Upkeep & Maintenance of the store as per SOP - Maintaining hygiene & Cleanliness in line with SOP.
