This candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns across various digital channels. The ideal candidate should have a passion for digital technology and be proficient in social media platforms.Responsibilities :- Collaborate with the founding team to create and refine social media strategies that align with The SOWL Academy s goals and target audience.- Develop, execute and implement strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.- Design and create engaging, high-quality content (graphics, videos, articles, etc.) for various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).- Manage social media accounts design (e.g., Facebook/Instagram timeline cover, profile pictures, etc.).- Stay up-to-date with current trends in social media, design tools, and applications.- Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc., and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.- Implement SEO best practices to optimize content and maximize outreach.- Collaborate with the internal team to design landing pages and improve user experience.- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong community.Requirements :- Minimum 1 year of work experience in digital marketing, social media marketing or community management.
