The role requires a strong background in Business development and marketing, with a focus on creating efficient and reliable Business.Roles & Responsibilities : - Schedule appointments, assign tasks, and coordinate workflow for detailing technicians.- Maintain inventory levels of detailing products, equipment, and supplies.- Deliver exceptional customer service, address inquiries, and resolve issues.- Maintain strong relationship with customers, addressing their needs and preferences, and striving to exceed their expectations.- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner, aiming for customer satisfaction and retention.- Actively engage in sales activities, including upselling and cross-selling additional services or products to customers.- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities for business development.You ll have to visit our other stores in Delhi (NCR) occasionally.
