To successfully scale, we are looking for someone with 2 to 4 years of B2B SaaS-Customer Success & account management experience who aspires to become a major catalyst in elevating customer interaction in a fast-growing organization.- Roles & Responsibilities: - 1. Maintaining high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction with a focus on customer loyalty.2. Experimenting & developing engagement/retention strategies and measuring impact on an ongoing basis.3. Responsible for deepening the relationship and identifying new opportunities and revenue with existing accounts4. Up-sell and Cross-sell5. 70% Account Management and 30% Customer Success6. Supporting the internal team in driving customer success7. Having an eye for detail and being quality-conscious while interacting with clientsWho are we looking for?1. 2-4 years of relevant experience in account management. 2. Experience in managing clients B2B experience in managing accounts & enterprise clients Strong understanding of digital analytics and campaign metrics, with the ability to generate, analyze, and interpret data. 3.
