Job Description :We are looking for a motivated individual with experience and passion for hunting and expanding the client base in various sectors, including industrial clients, transporters, educational institutions (schools & colleges), and more. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and meeting ambitious sales targets.Key Responsibilities :- Proactively hunt for and pursue new client opportunities in assigned sectors, including industrial, transportation, education, and other B2B segments.- Develop and execute a targeted client acquisition strategy to maximize market reach and drive revenue growth.- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through active prospecting, effective follow-ups, and closing techniques.- Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of industry trends and emerging customer needs.- Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations, proposals, and negotiate contract terms.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and exceptional service delivery for new clients.- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions; provide regular sales forecasts and updates to management.- Manage client credit cycles and ensure timely payment collections.Requirements :- 4-8 years of experience in business development with a strong emphasis on client acquisition, ideally within the fuel, logistics, transportation, energy, industrial products, automation equipment, chemicals, commercial vehicles, or OEM segments.- Demonstrated success in hunting new business opportunities and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Must own a vehicle and a laptop.- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.What We Offer :- Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives.- Opportunity to work in a high-growth company within a dynamic industry.- Professional development and career advancement opportunities.- A collaborative and supportive work environment.
