Sales Consultant Job Title : Senior Sales Consultant/Sales ConsultantDescription:We are actively seeking a proficient Senior Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, developing key client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our sales initiatives.Requirements :- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on complex solutions or high-value products/services.- Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships.- Demonstrated ability to lead negotiations and close high-value deals.Responsibilities :- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.- Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers within target industries.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions that meet client needs.- Lead negotiations and drive the sales process from initial contact to contract signing.- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.Qualifications :- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a consultative selling environment.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on exceeding targets.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
