Sales Development Representative (US shift) Looking for a highly motivated client advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to clients who are seeking to hire talent, building relationships, and helping them post job listings on our platform.OptimHire is seeking a highly motivated Client Advisor/Success Manager to help businesses find top talent through our platform. In this role, you will reach out to potential clients, build relationships, take them through platform demos, and help them post job listings.Key Responsibilities :- Experience on 100-150 calls on daily basis.- Send follow-up emails and LinkedIn connection requests.- Book demos, ensuring clients are guided through the platform.- Build and maintain strong B2B client relationships.- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the client onboarding process.Requirements :- 5 attended online demos per day to showcase our platform s features and benefits.- Experience making 100-150 daily calls- Good to have background in SaaS or HR Tech industries.- Good to have previous experience in the B2B domain in India is highly desirable.- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.- Ability to work remotely and meet daily targets consistently.What We Offer : - Fully remote position- Opportunity to work with a growing, dynamic team.- Competitive compensation and performance-based incentives.If you are experienced in high-volume client outreach, passionate about helping businesses hire talent quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment, we want to hear from you!
