Winning and adding a new business account and meeting the monthly target of account conversions2. Responsible for primary sales and achieving sales targets monthly/quarterly/annually3. Establish an ideal partner hospital distributor for quick and exponential sales growth4. Retain and grow the existing business account5. Introducing a unique technology-driven procurement process through presentation6. Introduce and incorporate subscription-based technology-driven tools with a business account to increase top-line revenue7. Demonstrate , execute sales and marketing activities, provide training to users, RTM, etc.8. Ensure on-time supply with the right quantities and take ownership of the supply chain whenever required.9. Work closely with supervisor and up-wards communication to operation head-on day-to-day activities10. Weekly/monthly reporting and sharing sales achievement data and innovative ideas.Qualification and Qualities :1. Graduate/PG in commerce/business management/science2. 8 to 12 years of experience in hospital Supply Sales. Significant network &and relationship with hospitals/Doctors/Key decision-makers,3. E medical supply experience would be added advantage4. Hands-on experience in excel, and PowerPoint presentations and tech-savvy5. Good in communication in Hindi & English6. Go-getter, self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit in mind7.
