Job Description: Sales Closer/AssociateLocation: Indore, Madhya Pradesh, IndiaPosition Overview:We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Closer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process. This role is critical to driving revenue and ensuring that our SaaS offerings are effectively positioned to meet client needs.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Execution- Close qualified inbound and outbound leads generated by the sales team.- Conduct sales calls, product demonstrations, and presentations to prospective clients.- Understand client pain points and effectively communicate how our SaaS solutions address them.2. Quota Achievement- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.- Manage a pipeline of opportunities to maintain steady deal flow and predictable revenue.- Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure seamless client onboarding post-sale.3. Consultative Selling- Build relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and objectives.- Provide tailored recommendations and solutions to address specific challenges.- Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure deals that align with company policies and goals.4. Sales Process Management- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and communications in the CRM system.- Track and report on key performance metrics, including conversion rates and deal velocity.
-Provide feedback to the sales team on lead quality and sales funnel improvements.5.
