Job Description:-
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Telesales Executive with expertise in Bulk SMS Services, WhatsApp Marketing, Voice Call Services, Social Media Marketing and IVR (Interactive Voice Response) Services. This ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting, and selling our communication and marketing solutions to businesses across various industries. You will play a crucial role in building relationships, understanding customer needs and offering tailored marketing solutions.
Key responsibilities:-
Outbound Sales Calls: Make outbound calls to potential clients, introducing and selling our bulk SMS, WhatsApp Marketing, Voice Call, IVR Services and Social Media Marketing Solutions.
Product Promotion: Understand customer requirements and provide relevant solutions from our portfolio of services (Bulk SMS, WhatsApp Marketing, Voice call services, IVR Services and Social Media Marketing).
Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach (phone, email, social media etc.) following up on inbound enquiries and qualifying leads.
Client Consultation: Offer expert advice on communication strategies, such as SMS campaign, WhatsApp broadcasts, IVR Solutions, Social Media Advertising and automated voice services.
Service Customization: Customize solutions based on the client 's business needs and marketing objectives, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exploring upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
Sales Reporting: Accurately track and report on sales activities, progress and outcomes, maintaining up-to-date records in CRM systems.
Achieving Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high-quality service standards.
Follow-up and Closing Sales: Follow up with leads to convert them into sales and close deals effectively.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest trends and features of the marketing services offered (bulk SMS, WhatsApp marketing, Voice Calls, IVR Services and Social Media Marketing).
Campaign support: Provide feedback and suggestions for clients marketing campaigns based or performance data and trends.
Team Collaboration: Work with the marketing and technical teams to deliver seamless services and offer customers an exceptional experience.
