-Monitor team performance and maintain team MIS regularly.- Ensure adherence to company policies and processes within the sales team.Requirements- Graduate from a recognized institute.- The candidate should have 5-8 years of experience in outbound sales.- Experience in managing a team of 60-70 Tele -Sales people.- You should have (B2C) sales Experience.. Strong data skills- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.- You should have strong communication skills.- You should have Good leadership skills.Job Location - Lucknow (ref:updazz.com)
