-Monitor team performance and maintain team MIS regularly.- Ensure adherence to company policies and processes within the sales team.Requirements- Graduate from a recognized institute.- The candidate should have 5-8 years of experience in outbound sales.- Experience in managing a team of 60-70 Tele -Sales people.- You should have (B2C) sales Experience..
