Job Description: - Tele Sales ExecutiveResponsibilities:Customer Engagement:- Call existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.- Use sales scripts provided by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.Order Management:- Accurately record details of customers- purchase orders.- Process all customer purchases accordingly.Lead Generation:- Generate promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue.Customer Account Management:- Manage customer accounts by ensuring existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.- Develop and sustain solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.Product Knowledge:- Develop in-depth knowledge of company products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers needs and preferences.Target Achievement:- Continually meet or exceed daily and monthly targets concerning call volume and sales.Requirements:Technical Skills:- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.- The ability to follow scripts.Sales Skills:- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.- Effective communication skills.- Exceptional customer service skills.Experience:- 6 months to 2 years of work experience in telesales.Benefits:Work Schedule:- 6 days working with rotational shifts.- 9-hour shifts.Compensation:- Salary up to 35k CTC.- Incentives 40k .- 100rs conveyance per day.Additional Perks: Breakfast/ dinner provided.- PF/ESI/Medical benefits.- Same-day selection process.
