Regional Sales Manager

JD: Regional Sales Manager BANGALORE / HYDERABAD BASED.
(HEALTH CARE SECTOR)
Key Responsibilities:
Form Distributor Network for VELscan and DNA Ploidy laboratories
Government tender creation for VELscope and DNA Ploidy Lab
Manage and create a sales pipeline with the Distributor and support in execution of sales
Update CRM
Set up PR agency coverage where state screening programs are set in action
Post daily work updates and progress
Qualification:
Expertise in the art of closing
High learning capability
Distributor network collaboration experience in the healthcare industry (10 to 15 years
experience)
Creation and execution of Government tenders: Pan India (10 to 15 years experience)
Track record of successful pioneering and shaping the healthcare market for a novel
product within the healthcare industry
Training:
Rigorous training will be provided
Certification will be issued upon successful completion

Compensation and Benefits:
Two Options:
o Full time:
Minimum 15% or more increment on your last net take-home income Attractive
bonuses around key milestones
o Part-time: Will be negotiated as per your competence, current income level and
future outlook
Working hours: Select between two options
o Full Time: 9.00 AM-6.00 PM
o Part Time: Depending on the activity scheduled
Sunday Holiday
You can select any of the 14 holidays for religious reasons granted per year
1 earned leave for every 20 days of work (holiday with wage)
