Customer Service & Support Role (1-5 Yrs) Hyderabad (After-Sales/Customer Service)

Role - Work in close coordination with the central team as well to improve SLA Wherever required- To work extensively over Google Sheets and Internal Dashboards- To understand the overall objective of the calling activity & record responses correctly on various sheets to make qualitative insights- Candidates should have persuasive skills for converting leads.- Ensure partner/customer queries are resolved in real-time- Work on tickets, Partner Walk-ins and Escalations resolving on time- Call Auditing - Working on various supply/demand processes and contributing to process improvement.Skills - Hindi and Telugu language proficiency - Ability to train, coach, and support the team members- Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills- High Ownership and Responsiveness at all times- High level of empathy towards the peers and external stakeholders (ref:updazz.com)
