We are looking for a competitive Field Sales Manager to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. Your job as a Sales Manager is to identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.Role & Responsibilities :- Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement.- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective clients.- Reach out to leads in line with SalaryBox guidelines and communicate organisation s value proposition to prospects.- Pitch, follow-up and close leads with discipline regularly.- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.- Continuously improve through feedback. Required Skills :- Minimum 5 Years proven track record in business sales or related market.- Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting.- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and statistical analysis software.- Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal- Technical skills required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements.- Ability to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical to staff members and customers, in a clear and concise manner.- Ready to come office and direct client meetings in (Delhi NCR) assigned location (ref:updazz.com)
