Required Sales Manager, Noida

Location: Noida, Gurgaon
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Salary Range: 40,000 - 80,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer retention.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively to achieve business objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service delivery.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master s degree preferred).
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric approach.
Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans accordingly.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a results-oriented mindset.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
