If you have strong communication skills and reside in or near West Bengal, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities :- Research websites to gather contact information and reach out to IT personnel or decision-makers.- Contact prospects, inform them of website issues, and introduce our company s services.- Schedule meetings to discuss website updates or reconstruction.- Conduct cold calls to potential clients from provided databases.- Present and explain our products/services to prospective customers.- Generate leads and schedule follow-up calls or appointments for the sales team.- Record and maintain detailed logs of calls and client interactions in the CRM system.- Address client inquiries and provide relevant information efficiently.- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and sales.- Stay informed about our service features to effectively communicate value to potential clients.- Be open to working different shifts, including early mornings, evenings, or nights, to cater to various time zones.Requirements :- Experience in IT lead generation, telecalling, or a similar role is preferred.- Knowledge of website testing or a basic overview of websites.- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.- Flexibility to work across different shifts as required.- Goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently or within a team.- Strong IT knowledge is require.
