Roles and Responsibilities - Greeting Visitors: Greet visitors and clients with a positive and professional demeanour, offering assistance as needed. Notify appropriate personnel of their arrival.- Answering and Directing Calls : Answer incoming calls promptly, direct them to the appropriate department or staff member, and take accurate messages when necessary.- Travelling and Ticketing : Coordinate and book travel arrangements (flight, train, and hotel accommodations) for employees as required. Ensure travel arrangements are within company policies and budget.Provide travel itineraries and relevant details to the employees in a timely manner.
-Managing Appointments and Scheduling : Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
