Job Description
We at Nimbbl are hiring for Key Account Manager.Job Location : MumbaiRole :The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our key clients in the payment domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in account management, a deep understanding of the fintech industry, and exceptional communication skills.Key Responsibilities :- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.- Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.- Understand client s business objectives and challenges and propose tailored solutions to meet their needs.- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure client success and retention.- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to key clients.- Monitor key account metrics, such as revenue growth, retention rates, and customer satisfaction, and provide regular reports to management.- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential risks.- Represent Nimbbl at industry events, conferences, and client meetings as needed.Requirement :- Must have sales experience with payments and fintech space.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Sales skills with the ability to generate leads, convert leads into sales, and close deals.- Educate customers on our payment solutions and services.- Sales management skills with the ability to manage the sales process from start to finish.- Bachelor s degree in business administration or an MBA Marketing, or a related field (or currently enrolled in a similar program).
