As the first point of contact for our company, you will ensure a positive and welcoming experience for all visitors and provide support to the team in office management tasks.Key Responsibilities : - Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
-Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
-Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
-Provide accurate information to visitors and clients regarding the company, products, and services.
-Handle inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
-Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for executives and meeting rooms.
-Assist in coordinating office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
-Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
-Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
-Assist with basic administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.Requirements: - Proven work experience of 2-5 years as a Front Office Executive, Receptionist, or similar role.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
-Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
-Bachelor s Degree in any facultyDesired Qualities: - Polite and professional demeanor.
