1. Graduate or Post-graduate with experience in sales and business development2. Specific experience NON IT Staffing industry business development role involving either hunting or farming of clients3. Should be able to identify/ target potential NON IT companies / End Clients and get NON IT Contract Staffing requirements and close the positions4. Responsible for Client Acquisitions and be able to achieve the target independently5. Responsible for generating, maintaining and managing strong relationships with the client and fulfilling client NON IT staffing needs within minimal time6. Should be well versed with complete life cycle of Recruitment7. Excellent English Communication skills written and oral8. Knowledge about the current market trends especially NON IT industry related to NON IT staffing services9. Direct sales/business development background ( not inside sales)10.
