Responsibilities :- Meet with the Directors, Principals & Chancellors of colleges and universities- Build and manage a nationwide sales team for onboarding colleges- Build a rapidly growing & scaling team to acquire colleges at rocket speed.- Create a sales playbook, and set up infrastructure & processes in place to scale.- Revamp the college infrastructure and build a gamified technology for colleges- Onboard Tier 1 - Tier 3 colleges & universities across the nation.- Sign partnerships & MOUs with colleges.- Grow into the role to potentially become a VP of Business - B2B- Help colleges rebuild their infrastructure at lightning-fast speeds.- Cohort-based analysis, seeing through the data & analytics- Working on the college product and executing activities on college campuses.Qualifications :- Passion for communicating with people- 3 Year experience in Business & Sales- Completed graduation- Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company - strong interpersonal skills- Public Speaking skills- Attention to detail & analytics- Excellent communication skills- Deep understanding of technology- Leadership & Team building skills (ref:updazz.com)
